Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My 4 year old is prescribed medication for ADHD and when she goes to her fathers he does not give it to like she is suppose to take it. If he gives any of it to her at all. What can I do about it I have counted pills before she goes and when she gets back and it's the same as when she left. If she does not get her medication it changes her totally and I have to readjusted to the medication, which is not fun for her or me because it makes her tired and sleep all day. What can I do about this?

I suggest a nice letter to him explaining why it is so important to give the medication to your daughter on a regular basis. Even so much as finding articles on the internet that state how important it is. If there is not a change, you will need to contact an attorney to seek a change in parenting time.
