Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

18 year old still in school

Child kicked out of her home. Disfunctional situation. I am taking her to school of which she wants to finish. She has been in my home 6 weeks already. Good kid. Do her parents still have rights to make educational decisions for her?

If the child is 18, they have no rights.
