Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I have a 17 year old son me and his father agreed to do week to week and i droped child support my son moved out with out my permission can he do that his father
said theres nothing i can do and that i cant make him come home how can i get him back home

When will he be 18? If not for awhile, then talk to your local juvenile probation authorities. If the birthday is soon, would physically compelling the boy to return really be a good move right now? Also, this depends on where he is, on his own or with his father, since he is clearly safe with his dad ( otherwise you never would have agreed to this arrangement).
