Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have a 2 year old son, the father and I were never married but he signed the paternity affidavit in the hospital to allow his name to be on the birth certificate. We agreed not to have joint custody so he signed the spot indicating he denied it. We went to court to set up child support, and later parenting time. The father ended up voluntarily terminating his parenting time in court.

We have no other court orders. How do I prove I have sole legal custody? Do I have to have something from the court or does my paternity affidavit count since we never modified custody?

I cannot imagine a situation in which you would have to prove this. Can you identify what problem you are having in another post and maybe someone here can help you?
