Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I have a 16 year old son who wants to come live with me. His mother is refusing to let have his wish to come live me, my question is what should I do to solve this problem.

FIle a motion with the judge. Be ready to explain why this is a good idea, beyond the fact that your son wants it. It goes without saying that you should hire an attorney to present this information.

You can file a petition to modify custody. The court will consider your son's choice among other factors to determine whether it is in your son's best interest to move in with you.
