Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My 18 year old stepdaughter refuses to get a job and is wanting to start college in the summer. If we do not pay for college, she wants to move to her mom's in IN to go to college. We live in IL. Will we be held accountable for her expenses if she chooses to move? We have 4 other children to raise.
