Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

4 years ago my daughter who was 15 at the time "supposedly" signed a certified parcel containing court documents. We never recieved anything showing that she signed for it and it was in fact her signature. What is the law on that....does the court actually have the card showing her signature or did the post office do something with that card?

The court should have the card.
