I am 14 years old and trying to get custody switched from my mom to my dad. Is it possible to talk to a judge alone and without an attorney?

If your father requests modification of custody, the judge might be willing to talk to you. This is NOT something that you can do on your own. You have no standing to make the request; only your parents do.
