Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

18

I am 17 years old. I am a junior in high school. I was wondering when I turn 18 in two weeks would I be able to move out of my parents house? But I am also in high school.

Legally, yes. However, statistically, most people who move out of their parent's house before graduating high school do not ever finish high school. I suggest that you give this some very serious thought especially if your decision is based on not getting along in a general sense and your life is not in danger. You have the rest of your life after high school to be out of the house. That is a comparatively long time compared to the year until you graduate. Good luck.
