Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Im 15 years old and I live in the state of Indiana, i currently am split between the custody of my real mom, and my younger sisters dad. Hes not even my real dad. I want to know If I have the right to live with my mom instead of him. I hate living at his house, i am miserable. Can someone help?

Ask your mother to seek a modification of custody.
