Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I am 18 years old and i have a ten month old son. i was living with my sons father but he was not wiling to help me at all with my son he always would argue infront of him and he doesn't know how to take care of my son. he always ask me if he can take my son for a couple of hour and my answer is always no since he dosn't have a driver license. He got a lawyer so he can give me child support in order for him to have visitations. I don't have a problem with him seeing my son i just want it to be a home visitations. i have court tomarrow so can you help out

You need to look at the Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines and know them for your hearing. www.in.gov.judiciary. Click on library at the top and download and print the guidelines.
