Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My 16 y/o daughter wants to put the baby up for adooption. If I accept $ from the father, will I be forced to get his consent first. If I don't accept $, can we adopt without consent?

Accepting money to help with your daughter's medical expenses has nothing to do with the issue of consent.
