14 yr daughter wants visitation changed

My 14 yr old daughter wants visitation with her dad to be less, she wants to see him for dinner every now and then and for special occassions.. but going to stay at his home with her step family has brought on so much stress and anxiety. What steps do we take to change her visitation. Her other 2 sisters dislike it there too, but they are 11 and 9. I just need to know what to do, do I go thru the courts, does my daughter have to go to court too or just talk to the judge. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Thank you for your questions. the proper procedure is to file a Petition for Modification with the court.
