Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My 23yr old husband had a guardianship placed on him by his parents when he was 18. He has not lived with them for 2 years, they have paid for none of his costs or care. We just got married on the 14th of this year. Is this guardianship still valid? We live in Indiana

You are asking the wrong question. If your husband is still considered incompetent, than your MARRIAGE may not be valid. You need to hire an attorney right away to check this out.
