Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I do not know who my 4 yr. old sons biological father is. My fiance is wanting to adopt him because he has been his daddy for the entire 4 yrs. of his life. This is the only father he knows. Is this something that we can do ourselves since there is no conflict anywhere? If so, where do we need to begin?

Absolutely do NOT try to do this on your own. See an attorney in your area and get a quote on a stepparent adoption AFTER the two of you are married (It won't be approved before then). It should not be terribly expensive.
