Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I am 22 yrs old and married a man 16yrs older.. I did'nt find out that he was a child molester until after the marriage, he is now incarcerated and I want a divorce... He has made threats to me and my family... Can I get a divorce without him signing papers...
