Abandenment order
I left my husband of 11 years after years of mental and verbal abuse. I haven''t talked to him in just 2 days. He told a friend he was going to file an abandenment order. I am staying with my daughter . What can he or I do?

He can not file so soon. Besides, it does not matter. Indiana does not require fault for a divorce. You should hire an attorney and file for dissolution.
