Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Abandonment

My husband abandoned me and our 3 children over 5yrs ago in Georgia and I moved back to Indiana where we were married because I could not afford to live in Georgia alone with three children. We haven't heard from him since and I want to get a divorce but we can't find him. I last heard he still lives in Georgia and me and the kids still live in Indiana. I can't afford an attorney. What are my options?

Re: Abandonment

Your best bet is to find a way to pay an attorney. This is a very important process and you want to get it right. You can try the Indiana judiciary website for forms. However, again, I caution you, this is not an easy process for the inexperienced.
