Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

If I(active duty army) am remarrying a woman, with three kids, and we come up on orders to leave, can the ex husband get awarded custody of kids, or is there any possibility the judge will give him custodial rights to keep the kids?

Yes, it is possible the court could keep the kids in their community instead of allowing them to move, assuming the ex-husband objected.
