Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My adopted son is now 31. He has been in and out of trouble his whole life. He is married, has a good relationship with his wife, children, natural parents, and in-laws. He has brought nothing but pain and problems since his adoption. He spent his senior year in high school in jail, has spent time in a federal prison, and is a registered sex offender. He has threatened the lives of two of my family members. Do we need his permission to rescind the adoption?

You can not rescind the adoption.
