Adoptive parental rights

In a closed adoption when the biological parents have there rights voluntarily terminated can they get any rights back? If they stock the new parents isnt that against the law.

Re: Adoptive parental rights

In general, the terminated parents have no rights. They are legally strangers to the child, with no closer relation to the child than any other unrelated person.

And it is illegal to stalk anyone.

Talk to the lawyer who handled the adoption to make sure that their rights were completely terminated, and that they did not retain any right to visitation, and if you are being stalked, you may seek a restraining order or file a police report.
