Is it legal to sue an ex to have them pay for the cost of haveing a curent boyfriend or husband adopt a childe. when the ex has never payed saport are ever seen childe and whants to give up thear rights of childe. At same time can you sue for the past saport that has never been paide that was to be paide befor the adoption if you have someone else adopt the childe.

You can't sue to make someone else pay for your adoption. Support can still be collected for every week up until the adoption is final.
