Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

adult child custody

My husband's 18 year old daughter leaves for college this week. She was the last child at home, and my husband currently pays $560 a month in child support (2 sons are college graduates). Daughter wishes to live with us during school breaks and summer. Do we have to legally change ''custody'' of an 18 year old? Can current support be modified or eliminated? Husband is currently paying 1/3 of sons' student loans yearly (without court order to do so). Can this be taken into consideration?

Re: adult child custody

Simply stated, modify the child support in court. You may have some serious problems if you fail to do so.
