at what age can i kick out my kid in the state of Indiana, even if she is still in school at the time?

You have an obligation to house your child until 18, and if parents are not or have never been married, financially support them until 21 if the court orders, and if certain other factors exist. Sit down with a counselor first to discuss the facts behind this decision.
