Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Age visitation ends for grandparents

My ex-inlaws were given 3 weeks visitation in the summer. No age was given as to how long this has to go on. We live 600 miles apart (we are in Va. now) The kids do not want to go back every summer as they have summer school, jobs, camps etc. Is there a set age in Indiana this will stop or will I just have to petition the courts? Any help appreciated

Re: Age visitation ends for grandparents

You most likely will need to petition the Indiana court to have the grandparents visitation order modified.
