Agreed Entry to modify support and custody

In the original divorce decree the father was responsible for maintaing medical insurance on our son. the uncovered expenses were divided into percentages between him and I. In the new Modification papers it is stated that i should carry insurance which I do. But it does not state who is responsible for what the insurance does not pay. Who is responsible for these bills? He continues to take our son to doctors and send all bills to me.
