i have an agreement to visit my childern evry friday for three hours i'm low income and don't have the money to keep the vistis what can i do

Figure out something to do to make the visits. It shouldn't be more than the actual transportation costs

As Jay said, shouldnt be more than transportation. Libraries and parks are free. So are some museums and exhibits. If transprotation costs are the issue, then see if the custodial parent will provide transportation. If not, petition the court to require the custodial parent to do so.
