Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I allowed my child to go stay with my cousin who was moving out of town because she was at risk of being expelled from school. i printed up a temp guardianship and had all the details in it and then she changed her mind and said they were moving to north carolina and in order to get her in school there i needed to sign a guardianship paper not temp because the school would not accept temp. well after i signed she didnt move there at all she then moved to virginia instead and now she wont give my child back and she agreed she would send her home for breaks and stuff and now i want her home she wont give her to me. what can i do? what are my rights? i have emails proving what she is saying and doing to us.
