Annulment

I have been married since January 30, 2006. It was a shotgun wedding and we have had a second child since then. He was 21 and I was 20. Is it possible for us to have an annulment?

The following are the grounds for annulment

Duress

If you have been threatened or compelled into a marriage.

Fraud/Misrepresentation

Fraud or misrepresentation is a valid Indiana annulment ground. Getting married with someone by fraud or misrepresentation is a crime and the victim can obtain Indiana annulment.

Incest

Incest is, to have sexual relations with a close relation like sexual relations between parent/child, stepchild, grandparent/grandchild, aunt/nephew or uncle/niece.

Physical Disability

If your spouse is physically disabled and it is hindering you from having a normal married life, you can get annulment under Indiana annulment laws.

Mental Illness

Bigamy

Depending on what you mean by "shotgun" you might be able to obtain an annulment.
