can I aply for SS for my two year old son for his father, his father is saposed to pay saport but doesnt he said he has aplyed for SS because he cant work is thear anything that I can do to ither help him get SS to pay his saport are to make him get a job. pleas help a mom in nead. thank you for your time.

You should contact your local social security offeice as they would be in the best position to determine whether you are entitled to benefits for your son.

You should also apply with your local prosecutor's office for enforcement assistance. Their efforts may "encourage" him to make his SS apllication.
