Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I'm getting artificially inseminated by a known donor whom I've known both him and his family for years. Even though he is giving up all paternal rights, will not have custody, and will in no way shape or form be finacially accountable, does his parents still have grandparents rights because we live in the same area?

Based on the current case law and statutes, I do not believe so. I suggest that if you are paying for this insemination, that you have anl attorney involved.
