Assignments none of the rights created by this aggreement or by any decree of dessolution entered by the court shall be assignable and any purported assignable thereof shall be wholly invalid and unenforceable. What does this mean?

Generally, that means that the agreement is personal to those who signed the agreement and does not apply to succesors in interest.
