Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

In Aug 2012, my ex husband filed a petition for custody of our 2 children (ages 11 and 13) in response to a petition to relocate that I filed in June. I was planning on moving 30 miles away - but over state lines. I have been divorced 10 years, and have always been the custodial parent. I have letters from 2 psychologists, and their pediatrician indicating that custody should remain with the mother. on 09.25.12 a request for information was sent to his attorney, requesting a response w/in 30 days. To date - there has been no response. A call placed to his attorney revealed that he is avoiding calls and emails from their office. What is the next step if he continues to refuse to respond? thanks!

It appears as if you are trying to represent yourself. That is a serious mistake in a custody matter. If I am wrong and you do have your own counsel, ask him or her.
