Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My aunt has guardianship of 2 of my children because of a issue with cps back in 1999. Now she would like to turn guardianship back over to me I have done everything that they wanted me to do and when we spoke to cps they said they where no longer involved so what do I need to do.

The guardianship would be established by a court case, with an order from a judge. Ask the judge to terminate the guardianship. Best advice is to hire a lawyer to get this done.
