Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I am an aunt to kids from a divorced family. when i want the kids to come over and stay with me who legally should i ask. I've been asking the parent with the kids at that time . if they choose to give me there time with kids isn't this ok.

As long as you are not babysitting, it should be ok. If you are being asked to babysit by the parent where the kids are at, the other parent has the first right to do the babysitting.
