my aunts, thier children share in my grandfather property

hi,

I would like to know the answer for following questions.....

My grandfather had 2 daughter and only one son(that is my father)

Among 2 daughter , one(who is not alive) is having 2 daughter and a son

other is having 2 daughters. ( this aunt lives in one of our apartment, for which we have not charged any amount and she lives for past 30 years in the apartment without any pay)

my grandfather had 2 acres of land.. after his death which was given to my father from his mother(even she is dead now....)

But now my aunt(who is alive) wants a share from her father property and also she is insisting her sister(who is dead loooong back) children to ask for thier share.

So I would like to know....

1. Are they getting their share... if yes how much

2. Since my other aunt is not alive... even though will her children get a share?.. if so how much.

3. Can we file a case against my aunt(who is not paying any rent for the apartment)for not paying the rent
