there's no court order.

I don't want my baby to sleep over her fathers house the first year of her life and he says he's gonna take me to court...Am i doing something wrong??

Take the assertive and file in court to establish paternity, child support and parenting time. At that age, the Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines will not allow overnights for a non-custodial. You can bring up your ocncerns to the judge about the pit bulls and the court might and I say might prohibit visitation at his place.
