Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My baby's father moved out and took the crib and dresser that we received as a gift at a baby shower "because his mom and dad bought them" and when he took them he said he would buy her a new crib whatever I wanted for our daughter. Now, he is trying to get me to believe he told me he would pay half. We have joint physical and legal custody from a legal standpoint, but in reality he only takes her 1 to 2 nights a week and I pay for everything for her..he doesnt pay anykiond of child support or anything. Is there anything legally I can do?
