back child support & workman's comp
I just found out that my ex has been receiving workman's comp in Texas. No support payments have been rec'd since 7/06... am I entitled to anything from this benefit??

Was there an order stopping payments or did he just stop making the payments. If the latter, you may be able to obtain a contempt order. If the former, and the basis of the court order was that he had indicated that he could not work due to an injury and that he was not getting comp., you could set aside that order for fraud.
