Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

hello my name is becky bagby.My employer was court ordered to take out my child support payments bi-weekly,well,I got a letter yesterday stating I was $3712.00 behind.I don't think that my employer is paying,they are taking it out of my paychecks,but what are they doing with the money if it is not going to child support.This happened to me last year also.I only owed $142.00 why is it not going down?and what can I do about this matter?Should I sue my employer or what?

Contact your employer and ask them for copies of the payments sent to child support. This will help you determine whether your gripe is with the employer, or with the child support office. If your employer has not forwarded the money, you do have a claim against them.
