birth cert
can my boyfriend who is not the father of my daughter sign the birth cert.? my dad has temp. guard. and i want her back and for him to be the father. anything around this? they barely let me see her and i do nothing wrong and am a great mother

No, you can't just have someone sign a birth certificate after the fact and declare himself the father. If your father has temporary guardianship over the child, either you agreed to it, or a court found that there was a reason for it. You need to sit down with a lawyer and explain your situation to see whether it is a good time for you to ask that the guardianship be terminated.
