My boyfriend, wants to know if his daughter signed papers for the army national guard and he owes support if he can pay to his daughter instead of the ex spouse,and is she automatically imancipated?

No. Also, there is not an automatic emancipation. Your boyfriend has to file for an emancipation in court.
