Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
My boyfriend missed a court date and his ex wife was awarded with supervised visitations, we are trying to find out if its possible to fight this court order for supervised visitations. Is this possible?

Sure it is possible. He needs to hire an attorney to obtain a copy of the court transcript and determine what was the basis of the court's ruling, and depending what is indicated, he may be able to fight the order through a motion or an appeal.
