Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My brother left his son with me.He is 19 years old Ive had him for a year now.He is in high school an in resource classes.My brother has coustody of him an will not let him live with him also he pays nothing for the boy.I was wandering if I have a right to support since he is still in high school
