Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My brother married a girl from The Phillipines less than 2 years ago, she now is staying somewhere & not telling him where & with whom, she came here May 11, 2009 & they were married June 11, 2009 he broght her over on a Fiance' Visa

What are his rights now, she has all but abandoned him, he is on the road 5 days a week, & has provided her with everything a husband should

He has many many "rights" which are too broad to detail here. A more specific question would be in order, and I would suggest that the best thing you can tell him is to go see a family law attorney in his community who can answer such specific questions.
