Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

How do I build my case to have my husband's son go to school in our town rather than with the child's mother, where she moved an hour away, in another time zone, to live with her new husband? The child's entire family in near our town, especially with school and sporting activities it will be so important, and he enjoys being with his father more than his mother.

Tell your husband to go see an attorney about all the factors that go into a custody change. There are too many variables to answer this adequately in this forum.
