how do they calculate child support? my exhusband wants to lower my child support down to $45.00 per child. i have a 12yr old and a 19 yr old college student and he has our 16 yr old. he makes $600 a week and i am unemployeed and make $374 a week. he also has health insurance on them and i have vision and dental on them.

Go to the Indiana Judiciary Web Site. There is a child support calculator that you can download for free. Just follow the directions and you should be able to determine what child support should be.
