car loan and title issues

My ex is second on the loan and title of a car that I am primary on. She has been making late payments frequently. After we split I refianced a car to get it out of her name and she was suspposed to do the same with the other car. She never has and now I want I know if I can sue to get her to refiance because we had a verbal agreement about what to do with the cars.

You can not sue her. However, you can seek a contempt in your dissolution case. She can purge the contempt by refinancing the vehicle.
