Name change
I want to go back to my maiden name and would like to know how to go about this, what I need to do it and approximately how much it costs. I have been divorced for 6 yrs.

Go to the Indiana Judiciary Web site and look at the self help secion. You should find all that you need. Costs will be whatever the filing fee is and the cost of publication. If you do not use a lawyer, it will be around $225 or so. With an attorney, about $625 or so total
