Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
change of paternity
Me and my husband have been divorced for 11 years, and we recently found out that our 16 year old daughter is not his. He has been paying child support since the divorce, can he come back on me for the money used to support her?

Re: change of paternity
Your daughter is legally is, just not biologically his. The options he has to pursue are based on how you found out, and what your relationship was at the time of conception. You should sit down with a lawyer in your community who handles paternity cases and figure this out.
Good luck.
